Tracking and cookies
We use a tracking system on this website provided by Nielsen//NetRatings .
This system uses cookies (see explanation below) to gather non-personal
information about visitors to our website. The only information collected is
the number of visitors to our site, when they visit, what and how many pages
are viewed and technical information on browser connections.
Our only use of this information is in analyzing responses to our online
advertising and use of our website. The Tracking Company adheres to a
Privacy Policy based on the Netherlands Privacy Act 1993. You can read about the
Tracking Company's Privacy Policy at their website.
We may use ‘cookies' (except within our Online Banking service) to provide
you with access to tailored information and services from our website, and

you. Cookies are widely used on websites to help with navigation and to help
personalize your experience when you visit a website. You can also obtain
more information on the Internet; for example, by visiting www.microsoft.com

You should be able to instruct your browser not to accept cookies, or to
notify you when you receive them. Apart from our DirectDeal service, you do
not need to accept cookies to access our services on the Internet, but if
you choose not to accept them, some information may not be available to you.
What you can do to ensure your privacy
Cajamar Online Banking, and any other areas where you may be
asked to provide confidential information, use 128-bit encryption technology
to help prevent unauthorized access.
To take advantage of this level of security, you need a reasonably
up-to-date browser such as Netscape Navigator/Communicator 4.06 (or higher),
or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 (or higher). If you do not have a browser
with this capability, you will need to upgrade before you can use Online
Banking or any other functions that require us to identify you, or allow you
to access your personal information. You can download the latest browsers
from the Netscape website or the Microsoft website.
The most important thing for you to remember is never to let anyone else
know your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and you should never enter
these on any website except the Bank’s.
What happens to information provided for online job applications or
registrations of interest?
The personal information collected through online job applications or
registrations of interest will be held by Cajamar of Spain for the
purpose of assessing your suitability for employment with the Bank. Pursuant
to the Privacy Act 1993 you may request access to and correction of the
personal information you provide to the Bank with your application. You can
do this by making a written request to the Recruitment Co-ordinator,
Cajamar.
